Fundraising
While your tax monies go to the educational resources of the school, such as teacher salaries, textbooks and operating expenses, the many extracurricular experiences your children benefit from would not happen without you and your support of the PTO. The earnings from each school's PTO fundraiser are pooled together and divided per student amount among all three elementary school's PTOs. Each year the PTOs spend approximately $60 per student on these activities.
The annual Walk-A-Thon is the PTO's main source for raising funds. This is a donation-based fundraiser and all 3 elementary schools participate. TK PTO receives 100% of all cash and check donations. There is also a website used to collect online donations received called 99 Pledges. The 2025-26 annual Walk-AA- Thon will be held on Friday, Oct. 3, 2025.
If we have decent weather and are able to walk at the High School track, parents can meet their students at the track and walk with them. If we have rainy weather and have to move into the gyms of the schools, we will not be able to accommodate parents because of space constraints.
Together we can continue to provide these important activities that help shape the lives of all of our children Fundraising efforts are our main source of income and help fund activities and outings for your children, including:

Paper Gator
Recycle your newspapers, catalogs, magazines, phone books and other papers and help the elementary schools earn money at the same time. We cannot accept any type of cardboard (including cereal boxes, tack board, or non-corrugated cardboard), metal, plastic or trash. The Paper Gator recycling bins are located in three locations. One is located at McFall Elementary in the southeast corner of the east parking lot, at Lee in the bus loop, and at Page Elementary. We earn $20 for every ton of paper waste collected. McFall, Lee and Page share the revenue equally
Harding's Community Rewards
If you are a Harding's Rewards member, you can select McFall, Lee or Page PTO as a Community Rewards Organization. The PTO can earn up to 4% in rebates on your purchases.
