District Arts Festival is Sunday

Sunday, May 21 is your chance to see some of the best artwork created by TK students at all grade levels and hear final choir concerts for the year. The event takes place from 1 to 4 p.m. in the high school and is free and open to the public. Some student art will be for sale. There will be face painting and opportunities to create sidewalk chalk art. There will be paintings, drawings, pottery, scluptures and other forms of art all displayed. Woods, engineering and drafting students will also have some of their projects displayed after recently being in regional and state MITES competition. The TKHS concert choir will give a final performance for the year at 2 p.m. followed by the TKHS honors choir at 3 p.m.
