Students and parents/guardians are invited to an informational meeting about High School expectations and transition planning (post high school) for students with disabilities in grades 6-12th. Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 8 from 6:30 p.m - 7:30 p.m. in room 1616 at TK Middle School.
Topics to be discussed are:
- Requirements for a high school diploma and how they will be met
- Preparation for college
- Accommodations needed to be successful
- Available school supports
- Opportunities available after high school
