When: 6:30 p.m. March 15 - Parents will get a better idea of what a typical day will be like in either program and an enrollment packet will be available.

Preschool Programs Available at TK
Thornapple Kellogg preschool offers a great start toward kindergarten. The goal is to provide a safe and caring environment for all students and stimulate and challenge young children’s growth in all areas of development. The TK Preschool curriculum is designed to provide a variety of carefully planned and appropriate experiences to enhance and promote learning and development. The curriculum will engage all children in activities addressing their social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical strengths and needs.
Thornapple Kellogg Tuition Based Preschool
Returning Families: March 6 is the opening enrollment date for families who currently have students in a TK preschool program or have had a student enrolled in the past.
Open enrollment: March 21 at the TK Preschool parent information meeting at 6:30 p.m. at McFall Elementary.
This is not a mandatory meeting, but will provide information for families who are new to TK Preschool or have not had a child in the program for several years. For families unable to attend the meeting, enrollment forms will be accepted beginning March 22.
3-Year-Old Program – Child must turn 3 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2017
Tuesday/Thursday – 9 to 11:30 a.m. or Monday/Wednesday – 9 to 11:30 a.m.
Tuition for full year is $775 or $387.50 per semester.
4-Year-Old Program – Child must turn 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2017
Monday/Wednesday/Friday – 8:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Tuition for the full year is $1,800 or $900 per semester
Tuesday/Thursday – 8:45 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Tuition for the full year is $1,300 or $650 per semester
*There is a $45 non-refundable enrollment fee for each child that is due upon enrollment.
Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP)
The GSRP, is a state-funded free preschool program for qualifying 4-year old children. The child must turn 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2017, and reside in the Thornapple Kellogg School district in order to be eligible for qualifying. The class options for this program are:
Monday-Thursday – 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Monday-Thursday – 8:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
Monday-Thursday – 12:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: Transportation is not provided for our preschool program. Children must be toilet trained before entering preschool.
