TK Schools provides supplemental insurance coverage for students that are injured at school or while participating in a school sponsored event. Supplemental coverage is designed to pick up the balance left by the family or employer group insurance, or if no other insurance coverage is available. Insurance forms must be completed and returned to the Administration Building within 90 days of any accident/injury. All medical bills should be sent directly to First Agency (address on insurance form). It is important that you not wait until you start receiving bills to file your claim.
